Health and Safety Training

Sometimes we hear a little groan when Health and Safety Training is mentioned....
But we don't take offense, as sometimes clients can see training as a "tick box" exercise or have had a poor experience previously.
Zebra Safety aims to make Health and Safety Training as fun and interactive as possible, drawing upon real life experience and encouraging discussions amongst delegates to encourage understanding about the subject they are learning.
Rather than "death by powerpoint", jargon, legislation and a classroom full of glazed expressions!

The fundamentals are that Employers have a legal responsibility to provide Health and Safety Training to ensure their employees can work safely. Whether this is in person by a competent person, via e-learning or utilising an external contractor.
Failure to provide suitable and sufficient training is often a contributing factor in accidents at work, Prosecutions and Employer Liability Claims.
So ultimately all businesses have to provide some form of Health and Safety training - so let's make it as enjoyable as possible!
